針對目前焊劑在回收處理中，人工分解雜質(zhì)費力，效率低，含雜質(zhì)高的情況，我廠研制了ZDF型 振動式焊劑分粒機(jī)。
ZDF型振動式焊劑分粒機(jī)采用國內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平的WZDP型偏心振動異步電動機(jī)，效率高、體積小，能耗少、振動網(wǎng)采用木框結(jié)構(gòu)，以 減小振動時的噪聲，同時亦可延長篩網(wǎng)的壽命。使用過的焊劑倒入料口 ，能自動將焊劑分成粗、細(xì)、雜物三類，并分別流入不同出口內(nèi)。
該機(jī)振動強(qiáng)度大，適應(yīng)物料領(lǐng)域?qū)?、處理能力?qiáng)，篩分效率高、運行平穩(wěn)、性能可靠、噪聲低于80dB，是焊劑分料的理想設(shè)備。
After automatic submerged arc welding, sundries such as iron filings and fines in the flux must be removed before the flux needs to be recycled for reuse.
In view of the fact that the manual decomposition of impurities is laborious, the efficiency is low, and the impurities are high in the current recovery process of welding flux, our factory has developed a ZDF vibrating type welding flux granulator.
The ZDF vibrating flux separator adopts the WZDP eccentric vibrating asynchronous motor of the domestic advanced level, which has high efficiency, small volume, low energy consumption, and the vibrating screen adopts the wood frame structure to reduce the noise during vibration and prolong the service life of the screen. The used flux can be automatically divided into three categories: coarse, fine and sundries, and flow into different outlets.
The machine has large vibration intensity, wide material field, strong processing capacity, high screening efficiency, stable operation, reliable performance, and noise lower than 80dB. It is an ideal equipment for flux separation.
