在熱處理時(shí)加熱器上必須鋪設(shè)保溫層，否則會(huì)出現(xiàn)因熱量大量散失而溫度上不去的現(xiàn)象。保溫材料我們提倡采用硅酸鋁纖維針刺毯保溫層厚度取50-80毫米、寬度根據(jù)加熱器寬度而定。一般為加熱器寬度的一倍左右。
